Breakfast served from 7am till 2:30pm, Lunch from 11am till 2:30pm and an all new Dinner Menu Tuesday – Thursday 5pm – 9pm and Friday & Saturday 5pm – 10pm.

There’s something special happening at Patterson’s Cafe every Wednesday. Not only do we feature $12 bottles of wine and wonderful specials.  Every Wednesday from 7-9pm we host the best Acoustic Music in Oxford.
